1. PRIVACY POLICY: What's Cuddletopia's privacy policy for Clients ?

Your privacy is sacred & of central importance to us. Absolutely none (*zero / nada / zilch) of your client information (*including background check results & intake info), your Cuddletopia participation nor your identity will be shared in any way (*unless you elect to share a non-anonymous testimonial, or unless - in our promotions & advocacy - we ask if you'd be willing / open to share your experience & you actively consent) - with anyone other than your chosen cuddle-companion (*where relevant & limited to your contact details only) & Cuddletopia's admin. --- nor will your private, personal details ever be shared with any outside party in the future, unless necessitated by (*instrumental in & essential toward reconciling) a safety breach / breach of consent -&/or- conduct / transgression ~ and in said instance, only the details which would be called for in the reconciliation process. (*Our cuddle-companions also agree to keep your identity & details confidential.)

 

 

2. WHO CAN CUDDLE: Is anyone & everyone welcome to be / become a cuddle-companion -&/or- client ?

POTENTiAL CLiENTS: You're wonderful & beautiful, exactly as you are... No matter your age, race, gender, appearance, disability, ability or herstory / history. Everyone deserves love, cuddles, companionship, compassion & affection - YOU included. And as such, we welcome (*most) anyone & everyone to become a Cuddletopia client.

 

As a safety precaution, born of care & love for our community, rather than of judgment... We turn away only those who: a) Won't or Don't consent to our Client Agreement. b) Aren't yet 18 years of age. c) Don't pass a criminal background check (*screening only for serious breaches of divine law, causing willful harm to others, & sexual transgressions - NOT for traffic tickets, being fired from a job, being unpopular in school, etc.) d) Might be a safety threat to themselves or others.

(*aka: THE ONLY CAVEAT: Each & every Cuddletopian first consents to & then passes the intake process - agreeing to & passing a criminal background check; submitting a valid license or ID card; agreeing to uphold & then actually upholding the terms of Cuddletopia's client & cuddle-companion agreement... Those who become cuddle-companions must also become trained - which includes training, studying & a test, to ensure they've actually absorbed, practiced & implemented the material).

BE ASSURED: The professional cuddle-companion of your choice will accept & embrace you just as you are.

 

3. CLIENT AGREEMENT: Does a Cuddletopian client agreement exist ?

Yes! All clients must first sign a Client Agreement, vouchsafing that no sexual activity of any kind - whether with one's cuddler-companion or with one's self, while in the company of one's cuddle-companion - will take place within the scope of one's Cuddletopia session. (*Click here to read our Client Agreement.)

 

PLEASE KNOW: We are unable to provide service for anyone unable to agree to Cuddletopia's Client Agreement. (*AND, BE REASSURED: All of our cuddle-companions similarly agree to keep all contact within the scope of a session to a purely platonic nature.)

 

4. CANCELLATION POLICY: What's Cuddletopia's cancellation policy ?

If you cancel within 12 hours of a session & you desire another session in the future, you must prepay for the next session online -OR- pay a $20 cancellation fee in cash.

 

If you cancel within 2 hours of a session - or, if you don’t show up - & you desire another session in the future, you must prepay for the next session online -AND- pay a $40 cancellation fee.

 

5. FINDING A CUDDLER: May I meet my chosen companion before we cuddle & connect ?

If you'd like to meet your chosen companion, to make sure there's a good fit before a session, we offer 2 options. OPTiON 1: A brief Telephone, Facetime or Skype Video conversation with the cuddle-companion. OPTiON 2: A very brief public meeting.

 

In both of the latter scenarios, the conversation orients toward ensuring sure both people are comfortable with the arrangement & that expectations can be met.

 

PLEASE NOTE & HONOR: Introductory phone / video calls & in person meetings are intended to be no longer than 10-15 minutes, focused on the topics at hand... Namely, on the topics of determining mutual compatibility / "fit" & scheduling.

 

6. PAYMENT: How does payment for sessions work ?

Clients provide payment either to the cuddle-companion, at the beginning of the session (*in the form of cash / money order), or in advance of the session - using an online payment method.

 

PLEASE NOTE: Fastest service & session scheduling / turn around times IS empowered by prepayment online.

 

As online payment modalities... We Accept: Cash, Credit Card via Paypal, Paypal, Money Order, Bitcoin & Check. (*THOUGH DO BE AWARE & PLAN AHEAD: Checks must be given at least 4 days ahead of the scheduled appointment time to allow ample time for the payment to clear.)

 

7. WHERE CAN WE CUDDLE: Where can the cuddling, companionship & connecting occur ?

Each cuddle-companion profile specifies whether they're willing to meet you at your residence or welcome you at their abode... Many cuddle-companions will also be open to connecting with you at a public place - as in a party venue, a restaurant, an amusement park or a park... Others still will meet you in a hotel, if circumstance merits such an arrangement. (*Just ask !)

 

8. DOES DISTANCE MATTER: How does distance from my chosen companion impact my session ?

If the intervening distance between you & your chosen cuddle-companion proves quite far, you may still choose to keep their company by either: a) traveling to them (*if they're open to hosting you at their location), b) covering their according travel expenses by furnishing a small according gas - & - toll charges, where applicable - & / or - c) meeting at a location 1/2 way between both of your locales.

 

9. ATTIRE / CLOTHING / WHAT CAN WE WEAR: What garments are advisable to wear for my session ?

Be welcomed to wear any clothing you find pleasing & comfortable - as long as said clothing keeps your personal areas discrete & private. FOR BOTH PARTiCiPANTS: A minimum of shorts & a tank top or t-shirt is required. As a platonic companionship service, this minimum serves to uphold our platonic companionship, contact & cuddling mission.

 

10. CONVERSATION: May I talk during my session ?

Of course ! Talking - engaging in conversation - with your cuddle compansion is completely at your desire & discretion & pleasure. Our cuddle-companions will be happy to listen & have a conversation with you, if doing so proves alive & enjoyable & vitalizing to you.

 

11. WHAT CAN WE DO: What can we do during a session besides cuddling ?

Our cuddle-companions come in service of YOU. They're ready, prepared & willing to do whatever can facilitate & awaken within you happiness, pleasure, relaxation & enrichment through all make & manner of platonic companionship. You can - true to our name - CUDDLE, give each other massages, play games, have a meal, go on a date, talk about your dreams, attend a party, toast marshmallows, stargaze, snuggle, eyegaze, hold hands, go sledding, visit a park, rollerskate, scratch eachother's backs or ANYTHING registering as enjoyable & nourishing to you - as long as the contact remains platonic. (*BEAR iN MIND / GOOD NEWS: You can also ask our cuddler-companions for mutually pleasurable, joyful ideas; given Cuddletopians come to you versed in a large wealth & variety of cuddling, companionable possibilities, their input may expand both your cuddle-savvy & the margins of your according pleasure by significant degrees !)

 

12. CUDDLE TRAINING: What training do your cuddle-companions receive ? What skills do they bring to bear ?

COMPASSiONATE, HEART-BASED, TRUTHFUL CONTACT, CONNECTiON & COMMUNiCATiON: Finally, every Cuddletopian cuddle-companion receives education in the skills of heart connection along with active, receptive, reflective, compassionate listening, conversing & authentic communicating.

 

 

13. IS CUDDLING THERAPY: Is cuddling a form of therapy ?

Cuddling's considered an alternative form of therapy, a form of therapy referred to under the umbrella of "Touch Therapy." Cuddling's also synonymous with the phrases "professional cuddling" & "professional snuggling." 14. GROOMING & HYGIENE POLICY: What's Cuddletopia's policy regarding hygiene & grooming ?

Before your appointment, please bathe & brush your teeth. We also request abstinence from perfume, cologne & anything with an intense, artificial, chemical scent; our cuddlers shall do the same. In the event you request for your cuddle-companion to wear a certain fragrance, please be sure to let them know before the session, & obtain that bottle of perfume, cologne, etc for them.

 

15. SAFETY: How can we both be assured of & facilitate our mutual safety & well-being ?

WE DO OUR PART: We screen. We run criminal background checks on all clients & cuddlers - as a prerequisite part of our intake procedure - prior to acceptance into Cuddletopia. And, we train our cuddle-companions well. (*See our "What training do your cuddle-companions receive" section, for more insight into their skills.)

16. BOUNDARIES: What's the Boundary / Difference Between Cuddletopia's Brand of Platonic, SENSUAL Connection & Sexual, Erotic Contact (*NOT Cuddletopia's Cup O' Tea) ?

Here in Cuddletopia, we celebrate, advocate, foster, encourage & provide a forum for Platonic, SENSUAL Cuddling, Connection, Conversation & Companionship between our clients & Cuddle-Companions. PLEASE NOTE: We do NOT provide our clients with ANY Sexual-Erotic Services. Exactly None; Nada; Zilch.

Though do always keep in mind: No sexual activity of any kind will take place within the scope of time booked with you Cuddle Companion. In the event arousal arises, you may: Simply enjoy the sensations circulating through your system (*as in Tantra - running the energy within one's self - without acting out or acting on any according sexual impulses), take a break, take deep breaths, change positions or - if simply too challenging to continue - be encouraged to stop the session altogether.

 

 

18. DEALING WITH DISCOMFORT: What if I grow uncomfortable - & / or - wish to stop the session ?

Both parties are always in choice; they're both always free to stop the session at any time & for any reason. Please do strive - as far as possible - to practice truthfulness in conjunction with kindness & compassion.

 

 

19. TIPPING: Must I provide a tip ?

Tipping is entirely at your discretion. PLEASE KNOW: Your gratitude may also be expressed in caring words, in feedback on our site, in booking more sessions with your chosen cuddle companion & in paying Cuddletopia forward by telling your friends ! We're grateful for all & for you !

 

 

20. REFERRAL PROGRAM: Does Cuddletopia maintain a referral program ?

When you refer a friend who goes on to become a client & book a cuddle-companion session, you'll receive a 25% off discount on your next Cuddletopia session (*on up to the first 4 hours of cuddle-companionship).
